Terrible experience with ordering in 2 separate occasions! Will not be a 3rd! Not very helpful with solving the issue. They received item I needed in store but I would have to get refunded (5day wait) and repurchase same item! Bad business for customer relations.
sitting here in a chair that's for sale eatting my dinner. dropped of three pages to get copies made at 445, still waiting and its 730. people come and go, there is no order to who gets waited on first. I am so upset. I am here , in a hotel, got off early to get this done and am still sitting. never again.
David is the best employee ever!!! He works in the printing area. He has got to be the best customer service guy in retail today. Sooo nice and helpful!

I needed a printer, and saved about $100.00 on this purchase.I shop the store regulary and never have to wait to check out. Much faster shop than anywhere else around. I highly recommend this store to everyone. I also herd that in just a few weeks they will be able to refill my ink cartridges. Can't wait.
