Pretty good They have a really great selection of pretty much everything. the only thing they didnt have the best of were day planners, at least the ones i was looking for. but the people are friendly, and the location is easy to find.
Ordered a product online to be shipped to me. Called on the delivery day to make sure it was coming because I didn't want it sitting out side They told me it would be there by 5pm. Waited 2 hours for the delivery that never showed up. Called the next day and they said it was lost and I could reorder the product for $400 more then the sale I ordered on. Wasted hours of my time. Worst service I have ever had. Definitely will not be shopping at office max ever!
