The manager and assistant manager helped me a lot when the third party company that tracked my package was not very helpful. I appreciated the staff at the Midvale store so much.
Blonde woman sitting at the printing station is extremely unhelpful. Obviously being on her phone is more important than assisting customers.
Ignacio made my visit today. Thank you for being so friendly, attentive and patient. Due to a medical challenge Ignacio got my case of paper into my cart & then into my trunk!! While helping me he was also greeting & keeping an eye on three elderly customers. Really nice to go to a store where an employee is actually very nice, helpful, kind and attentive!! YOU ARE APPRECIATED!!

Made an appt. only to be told that it was canceled because the person who the appointment was with didn’t show up. No notice given that it was cancelled, told this happens quite a bit and yet no one at the store does anything to correct. Poor customer service, inconsiderate of other people time and poorly trained
