This store is still open even after the state has issued that all NON ESSENTIAL stores and restaurants close. This is a very serious situation and they are only interested in making money rather than protecting the lives of their workers. You put the lives of not only your employees at risk but anyone your employees live with by not shutting down. Unbelievable how much deeper the pockets of these companies go compared to their brains and hearts.
Care about their employees during the current pandemic.
Even though there was a light mishap this morning the manager took great care of me and my printing order. Excellent service.
They destroyed original documents by sloppy cutting. Then they (Michelle) had the nerve to ask for more money on pickup. Very disrespectful. Shockingly so, actually.
I only wish I could choose 0 stars, that's my honest rating! I won't return, CopyMax failed on everything. I would suggest going literally anywhere else for copy needs, especially if you need them to cut anything in a straight line! Thankfully they gave me a full refund which I took to the UPS Store and paid less than what CopyMax charged for laminations and I only paid 75 cents for cutting, while CopyMax had charged us $14.04. They were done quicker and they know how to cut a straight line!
