Hi, I went to your store in Elko, NV on 5-20 at approximately 1 pm. I am disabled an it was raining and I thought I could limp in with my Cane instead of unloading my handicap cart. There were no ther customers in the store. I stopped at the counter and ask for my printer cartridge by name and number. . The clerk said they areon the yellow wall and turned his back. I am appalled by the lack of custom service for someone disabled and obviously struggling to get around. I will never patronize Office Depot or Offive Max again. ... read more
The print/copy people destroyed very expensive manuals due to their arrogance in assuming they knew what we wanted instead of what was actually asked for. I spoke with a manager to resolve the issue and was told it would be brought to the store manager's attention and something would be done to fix what was done. After a week of waiting, not even so much as a phone call to discuss what happened.
