I'm happy and it seems to be a quality product I read the reviews on other products and saw they were damaged in shipping and not packed well. That's why I choose this one. I just received it and hung it. This was packet very well and nothing damaged, the corners were padded inside the box and full covering front and back. I'm happy and it seems to be a quality product, easy to hang with build in sliding hangers to mount it with and has a built in tray to hold your eraser and pens. Dry erase markers will not erase. Using the same ... Dry erase markers will not erase. Using the same markers as in our office that work on all of our other white boards.

Nicely made - be sure to remove plastic sheet covering the writing surface Works great - be sure to remove the nearly invisible plastic that covers the writing surface. Thought I had a defective board; struggled to erase. Found out about plastic covering from another reviewer - removed and viola! [felt pretty silly...]

Extend the pen/eraser tray the length of the board The customer service was very quick in responding to my inquiries when the board did not erase well. I had forgotten to take off the thin plastic film! I suggest the company put a sticker on the board that states "Remove plastic film before use." (Yes, this is buried in the product description, but I don't remember reading this.) I also suggest that the pen and eraser tray extend the length of the board. The tray is only 1/3 the length of the board so fewer pens and erasers ... read more

Good.. But missing eraser Board seems pretty good so far but they didn't send the eraser, I had to buy it separately. Nonetheless, overall, its good.
