I just had a bad experience with the photo copying machine in this office depot store. Did my phocopying twice, none of the copies came out readable. So sad, I just wasted $40. Talked to 2 staff members[1 male and 1 female] of Office depot, who both did nothing to rectify my waste of money and waste of time but both justified that their equipment can't print copies. Sad.
Jacob has great customer care service. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I really appreciated the time, effort, commitment that he displayed.
50 cents a b/w copy is ridiculous
I came in to do some prints yesterday and the lady in the front with the dreads (didn’t have on a name tag) didn’t even offer to help show me how to properly send from my email to the printer after I expressed I was having issues. “ she said we can print them up here but it’s extra”. A young man named Delonoe assisted me for about 30 min until I got it figured out. He didn’t complain nor did he act like I was a bother to him. I usually never have problems at this location but this time was overwhelming.
Quiet, but steady stream of people. Jacob was helpful, knowledgeable and jovial.
