Refused service The customer service sucks they refuse to help you and being that you have to self serve yourself is no good I ask 3 ladies the girl with the blond color hair which wasn't doing literally nothing but on her cellphone the short lady and the Manager all stated they couldn't help me in this store when I went to grab the Manager she stated oh I can't help you
Horrible customer service. I'm in the store and this associate is laughing, mocking and talking nasty about a customer. She's AA with blonde hair. I wouldn't care how much my refund was, its my money. Then put that customer on hold and walked away. So I agree with the customer calling customer service on her. Corporate needs to handle her. That is unacceptable. I no longer want to come to this store. Not to mention it took her and the gentleman in the gray shirt awhile to acknowlege me.
Trying to make an effort to shop locally and not just buy things off the internet. Went into this office depot and pulled my items just to stand in the cash register line for 15 minutes. Then in the line for the print shop for 15 minutes before dropping my stuff and walking out. I understand that shops are being forced to pull back on workers to save money but if you can't check people out, how do we spend money? I'll just order off Amazon I guess.

I had a very disappointing experience at Office Depot. The customer service was poor from the moment I arrived. The staff seemed uninterested in helping customers, and it was difficult to get assistance even after waiting. When I finally spoke with an employee, they were not friendly or helpful, and my questions were not answered clearly.
