Worst service ever, line out of the door, no air conditioning and they DO NOT accommodate people with disabilities.
Literally waiting here 20 mins and nobody comes and they see me. 3 workers here at 11:17 am Sunday morning. They are stocking shelves and no customer here
Unprofessional people, don't know how to work here. They are extremely rude.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Office Depot location. The young lady who helped me, who appeared to have locs or twists, didn’t assist me at all in the printing station and seemed uninterested in hearing what I actually needed. She quickly redirected me to the self-service area. While I didn’t mind using self-service, she didn’t even take the time to listen to what I was trying to do or offer any guidance. Hello, I just wanted to take a minute to shout out what an awesome job Jacob is doing at this location. He went above and beyond to help me with my printing needs, even when the line was absolutely swamped. He was patient, kind, professional and efficient. This location is further out of the way for me, however, because of the amazing customer service, I have no problem driving to this location whenever I have a need. Thank you so much.
