Service wasn't good. Never coming back to this location.
Leah and Maria at Office Depot went above and beyond to help me with a last-minute, same-day project. I needed presentation materials professionally spiral-bound, and they made sure everything was completed on time and looked great. They were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and professional throughout the entire process. Leah and Maria are tremendous assets to the company, and I truly appreciate their outstanding customer service!
Customer Service has really went out the window! Went in to get several copies made for my business, over 5000. Normally drop them off at the counter and come back to pick them up. Associate gets an attitude and tells me to go the self help copier and make them because she didn’t want to.
I used the self server for the printing machine. That thing was hell to get use to it, not user friendly.
