Update: I visit the office Depot location on Tara Boulevard and Jacob with excellent. He helped me with my Mother obituaries and my time of grief. I didn’t think I would be able to do it but his expertise and his calmness helped me along the way, thank you so much Jacob for everything you have done for me and my time of distress ! Great kind, and patient staff! They stayed open for an emergency card order well past when they were supposed to close. Thanks guys!
The store employees were super professional. I had a special event and was in need of a custom banner. Jacob went above and beyond to ensure that the process was seamless. And unlike other places, I was able to place my order online and pick up the banner within 24 hours. I recommend this location because the store was clean and the employees were professional and courteous. World class service!!!
Jacob is amazing customer service 10 out of 10. If you need help with anything he’s your man.
