As a VERY SMALL business trying to grow, I thought I’d hit the jackpot with the printing services offered here. I was so excited to be able to offer printing services to my clients as well as use them for my own business needs. Unfortunately, every visit has become more and more of a disappointment. If I could give a zero I would. I had purchased ink with the purchase of a printer. I don’t print often. I opened it today to print and only the magenta works. I go back to the store and Aaron tells me company policy is 30 days. I could understand that if it was a return but I just wanted ink that works. Then he wanted to tell me I have to eat the money because of policy. Well that’s the end of my business and my moms and my Dads small business. So screw you.
If I could give them a 0 I would... ordered business checks over 2 months ago and still did not receive them called to check on the status a month ago they said they were sent to a wrong address and sent back to the manufacture even though they had the correct info and no one taught to give me a call ... now I'm on hold for 10 mins waiting to hear the next bs answer... learned my lesson I will just order them from the bank.
I'm getting married this week and I've used office depot printing services several times during this process and every single time I've send my prints to this particular store they dont have or cant find my order and have to print on the spot or the order is wrong (no fault of the customer either but on the printing services end). Get it together, seriously.
It was and empty store, but there was a long wait and 1 person working in the back where they do mail & shipping counter. Not good at all.
This afternoon i was in your store to purchase school supplies for my children and there was a women in front of me who was trying to purchase 3 primary note books. She tried using her card that didn't work and then she only had 4$ in cash. Your cashier (a young man) pulled two dollars out of his pocket and helped the lady out who I don't think spoke much english. Thank you for the great experience and for the wonderful impression that young man left on me and my children.
Went to your store today to send a fax, I walked around a bit before and noticed your store was clean and looked very nice. I went to the print area to fax my papers. I notice the man behind the counter was alone. Hes was multi tasking taking care of the 3 customers including myself at the same time, He could have taken us one at a time, but no he was busting his ass , the entire time with a smile and great attitude.
