Terrible customer service. The simplest tasks take the reps hours to complete. Very efficient at wasting your time.
They lie about their printing times, and don't communicate or get your stuff done. Then when you call and get mad at them they hang up on you. VERY unprofessional, and left me in a huge bind. I used to use this place to print everything and it was always done on time and right away. The last like year or two they have went down hill. Don't get prints done here for any reason.
Go online, find what you want, says available for in-store pick-up, place order, hour later get message says order cancelled cause they don't actually have it. If I order it to be delivered to my house vs in-store they want $10 more. Item isn't even $10 to begin with.
Thank You Tim for amazing customer service tonight!!! He reduced a lot of stress and anxiety by just being caring, helpful and getting our problem resolved quickly!!!
