I spend several thousands a month on gift cards at this store. I accidentally bought the wrong vendor (1st time ever) and when I noticed and asked to exchange, was told no. Jeremy, store manager tried to help, but ultimately I got a no. Bad customer service, I'll be taking my business to Staples moving forward - updating to a 4 Star, after contacting corporate, they made good on the error. Thank you

Their rewards program is a money-grabbing SCAM! Horrible program that they could not even access from the store. I bought a case of paper at a "sale price" turns out the final cost was full price and the advertised discount was applied to my rewards account as reward dollars. I went in to redeem them a month later and they gave me some stupid line about their computer system for accessing rewards was not up and running properly...now my rewards have expired.
