their employees do not know anything about their protocols... specially when it comes to acquiring products online and have them shipped to the store.... they also have HORRID customer service through the 800 number with employees who once again do not know squat about ordering online or through the phone... the person at the store wasn't helpful and they were hard to understand... i'm now an OFFICE MAX CUSTOMER thank you :)
