Their website showed that the product I wanted was in stock. I asked an employee where they kept the Bluetooth speakers and she didn’t walk me to the product she just told me what aisle it was on. I walked there and didn’t find it so I let her know the website says there is one in stock. She replied “if it’s just one then chances are we don’t have it”. Meh. Binders are way too expensive here. And the "Heavy Duty" binders are cardboard inside and the plastic is so thin it tears. Shoulda gone to WalMart.
It was my first time shopping at this store and I couldn't of been happier with the service that was provided!!! The young man who helped me went out of his way to do whatever he could to assist me. He also was very knowledgeable. Had a great experience and will definitely come back. Thank you for such great service!!!
Went in for sale items, located them and checked out with no issues. Love the design of the store.
Just had an office depot manager at this location tell me that it was "law that she could not give me cash for my return" of an unopened item and purchased 14 days ago with my debit card. I called her on that immediately because that is 100% false- and proceeded to read her the receipt terms and conditions. She called up another manager who also gave me a hard time by telling me that he didn't have the $160 cash to give me for the return. The store manager in the Brandon store has the worse customer service. He has salt and pepper gray hair and he is very unpleasant. Would not recommend at all. I never give negative feedback, but I felt like I had to.
