I am impressed. Especially with the clearence deals and nice man helped me was super cool on mark downs. A+ service.
Bought "Last one" computer special. Found out it was a display model that had been messed with. they charged me $120 to return it to the condistion it should have been in when I bought it. It took 4 techs, 2 managers and 2 days to do the job. and would not return my computer when asked. (3 times) When I complained to management, I was askedto leave. When I complained to corprate I was ignored. My best advice is to avoid these people, unless you liked to be scamed.
These guys rock I am disabled, and these folks have bent over backwards to get me office supplies, furniture and equipment in my hands or on my doorstep incredibly fast. I've waited days or even weeks with other suppliers, but this store has everything if I need it NOW or they can get it for me in a day or two online. I don't even attempt to go to other office supply stores because they don't have the inventory of the downtown Office Depot and they can't beat the prices and service.

they do the job excellent and very courteous staff. and they do price matching against print and internet. if they got it, and you are in portland on the west side, its the way to go. but yeah, its kinda depressing inside.
Office Depot This Office Depot is located in a very busy and congested downtown Portland, Oregon. Most items are located on the lower level. Salesman appear to be helpful and courteous. There is a strong noise level which is distracting. Merchandise is displayed in an awkward fashion. I feel the need "to get out as fast as possible." I have not been able to find what I need there, but that is no reflection on the employees.
