These guys rock I am disabled, and these folks have bent over backwards to get me office supplies, furniture and equipment in my hands or on my doorstep incredibly fast. I've waited days or even weeks with other suppliers, but this store has everything if I need it NOW or they can get it for me in a day or two online. I don't even attempt to go to other office supply stores because they don't have the inventory of the downtown Office Depot and they can't beat the prices and service.
they do the job excellent and very courteous staff. and they do price matching against print and internet. if they got it, and you are in portland on the west side, its the way to go. but yeah, its kinda depressing inside.

There is a strong noise level which is distracting. Merchandise is displayed in an awkward fashion. I feel the need "to get out as fast as possible." I have not been able to find what I need there, but that is no reflection on the employees.
