Awful Service, Extremely Rude, ZERO STARS
If there was a zero, I would give it that. There is zero customer care or help with anything in the copy area. Manager was completely useless as well as about 3 associates that I practically begged for help. Thankfully a customer in the store helped me. I would never use this store if I actually needed personal help because there is none! Worst experience in a store in years.
Not enough employees working!have been waiting 45 mins to be taken care of !
Needed 1 piece of paper laminated. They denied me because they were "backed up". I've taken things to office depot before to be laminated and it takes under 2 minutes to perform. Went to UPS store in same plaza, much better service.
The women are very rough with costumers The attention is horrible and the time they spend to solve problems is too slow.
