Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND. Ripped us off for $130 to tell us the computer is a paperweight. Reneged on a deal to add that price to a purchase of a new laptop.
I was overwhelmed and stressed when I got here. I had invitations I didn’t know what to do with them, how to get them printed and cut after already investing to much. No problem! They took care of everything! I very much appreciate all the help, time and recommendations! We love them! Thank you!
Amy in the copy center is awesome! She is always quick to help out and does a great job every time we need a print job done.
I was in Office Depot recently & I needed some information on a product and Jan, I think she is a manager helped me. She helped me make the right decision on my purchase. She was very nice and friendly. I would send anyone I knew in there to talk to her because she was the best! I have also worked with the copy center and Tim & Amy have always been so helpful. It's just a great place to go for supplies!
Management was no help and disturbingly rude about wanting help on a problem. The woman manager (tall, no tag) was the rudest and offered no help and walked away. Watched her treat another customer so badly, I left this store and I will never return. Cannot imagine why she still works there. Have never experienced anything like this, nor have I ever seen such out right rudeness toward a customer.
