Never had any issues here until today when I learned about some of there rules. Brought 3 items in, made sure an employee saw me bring the items in. Well, of course they can't take the items back if I don't have the receipt. But when I asked for a bag... nope can't give me a bag to carry them out. Ok. Then I asked if the had any empty boxes (maybe) answer is cant give them away. All very small issues, but all added up to a non-customer service experience. Went to a different store, had different experience.
I had a great experience, I went in looking for an iPad, I found one that was reasonably priced, the customer service in that department was good and the checkout customer service was excellent , thank you Office Depot.
Bad Customer Service! I had one simple question and no one working were able to help me.
