This particular store has very poor customer service. Somewhat unprofessional.
I was very disappointed after 3 months of flood recovery we were told that our store was better than ever and that it was the new technology center. Took plans in to have 1 copy made and it took over an hour for transaction to be completed. A customer had to tell the staff we were next they skipped us more than once. We stopped using them before because of situations with the print machine. Can't say enough about Miss Pat she is amazing so as for us we will drive to Baton Rouge instead of keeping it local.
