Store employees are RUDE - I used to buy everything there. Just left for my last time, the only thing they had in stock was display units and they wouldn’t discount them - I went in for a printer, monitor & toner - Left with ZERO because they were pissy I parked by the curb because I knew I was going to be loading 2 large boxes and they didn’t like it. I will support locally owned business at this point. Don’t bother keeping these rude people employed.
Do not go to Office Depot. We just went to fax something, the fax was 10 pages and they charged us 17$ and some change, almost 18$ There is no info on how much it is to fax something. He didn't tell us until he already started the fax. We were also not given a receipt.
My husband just tried to come buy a new office chair. It’s Black Friday. They have stacks of them, but no one can seem to put them where they go. He’s trying to by a $200+ Serta chair. The, not so nice, girl in the printing area tells my husband he cannot look at the chairs stacked in the back of the store. That’s cool. We have no problem spending our money elsewhere. I live in Indy. Due to this store matching a price on the website AND the EXCELLENT service on the phone... I drove ALL THE WAY to Anderson to purchase one item (BEST price I could find any where!) .. THEN found some other items at GREAT prices and did a bit more purchasing. I would like to say!
