DO NOT USE THEIR INSTALLATION TECHS! one of them got feces all over my friends home...yes feces...his own! All over the bathroom and then into their office. Health hazard...and no one seems to be wanting to make it right! Unreal lack of customer service and ethics.
Sharing for a friend: LADIES AND GENTS!!!! Office Depot thinks it’s perfectly acceptable for the company they use to completely destroy someone’s house and property. A friend of mine bought a wireless printer, Office Depot talked him into using their installers to set up the printer for $40.00. The tech came out today- went straight to my friends bathroom COMPLETELY destroyed it. I mean feces ALL OVER the place. Stopped up the bathroom to where it’s completely unusable. I ordered a chair mat online, it was not what I wanted, I took it back to the Chattanooga store on Brainerd Road, they would not let me return it at the store, even thought it says on the Office Depot web site that you can return an order at your local store.
Several of your associates were so engrossed in their conversation that they couldn't bother to ask me if I needed assistance - I was only looking for a computer. Best Buy got my business instead.
Very poor customer service. The Brainerd Road location in Chattanooga told me it would take them a week to print a color copy and laminate it
