The copy department has the worst service I have ever seen. All you get are excuses. No one, not even management takes ownership for the crap service. It's hard to even call it service at all.

I like the store. It's clean and organized, but I would not recommend this location for printing/copies. They need to train their staff better. It took 45 minutes for me to get 35 papers printed. A very simple order I could've done in 10 minutes at home, but I didn't want to use my paper/ink. To top it off, I got home and the guy charged me for what I asked for but shorted me 10 invitations for my son's party. Lesson learned. I will do it myself next time or go somewhere else.
This store manager is cowardly.....left an 8 year old boy outside in the cold , they would not give there names .....
