I would recommend y’all find employees that actually seem like they wanna be there. Both Noreen (I believe is her name) and Desiree seem like they hate their job lol. They both were at the business service section today, and they’re display of customer service was extremely poor. Great customer service, makes for good business. But I won’t have to worry about the bad vibes anymore lol. I won’t be coming back to this location.
Rude RUDE is all I know to say and it comes from your customer service manager. I’m happy to provide someone at corporate level with the information on my receipt so the man is identified properly.
Online ordering with pick up in store doesn't work. Ordered $172 worth of product. Received email stating I could come pick up as order was ready. Big surprise to find staff was surprised to find me waiting to pick up my order. Took them an hour to assemble only half my order and tell me they didn't have the other items. And staff's only response is "sorry I can't/won't help you because it is all computer's fault not ours.". I wasted my time and walked away disappointed. WORST #customerservice in the print department at this store. The staff was rude, unprofessional and incompetent. Never using your service again unless resolved and I get my money back.
