Was told by an employee at this location that they did NOT have restrooms. When asked by a customer with severe medical issues that require a restroom “How do they use the restroom?”, said employee said that store did not have restrooms and they have NO running water....which is illegal for businesses in ALL states...that screams lawsuit in more ways than one. LOGAN was this employees name.
Went to purchase a desk to be able to work from home. Had an employee ask if I needed help, and I assured him I did and was looking to purchase a desk. He proceeded to tell me he had no idea what was in stock and couldn’t order anything, walked off and went and took a smoke break. Nice.
Stopped here to buy ink and there were at least 5 employees walking around and every register was closed. Walmart got another sale thanks to them.
Every time I buy anything if significant $$, it's a hassle today was no different except I left and went to a different location.
Shout out to Office Depot in Fort Oglethorpe! I had ordered some coloring pages to be printed for the kids Sunday school lesson tomorrow and just went to pick them up. I called them while on my way and asked them if someone could meet me at the door because I had 4 small children with me and I really didn't want to get them out in the rain. Amazing people and services
Surprisingly, there are still honest people in this world, and the folks at Office Depot in Fort Oglethorpe are in that group. Went into the store for their fax services this morning. Got distracted and left my money pouch sitting on the counter! Hours later I realized it was gone. Finally realized it was probably at the store. Called the store manager. Purchased a chair on 10/26. It was supposed to be delivered a day or two later. It is now 11/19. No chair. No support. No service. No refund. We will continue to fight for the return of our money and will never shop at an Office Depot again. Well and truly BURNT!!
