I have a teacher with a school district here in Flint. For years, I have been patronizing this store at least 2 to 6 times a month. As an educator, I have spent a few thousand of dollars or more at this location. I have never had to show a discount card to get printing, binding, or laminations done. Office Depot has had the discount card. Now, they are requesting that I show a card. I do not have a card, but I have a valid SCHOOL EMPLOYEE I.D. Horrible customer service
the customer service I received was spectacular !! I was having a bad day trying to retrieve my resume from a company who falsely promised copies of free ones...when I learned it was a fake , I headed directly to office depot ( should have gone there to begin with)...the lovely young lady at the counter of the copy area not only helped me get what I needed printed but also gave me a free copy of my resume......love going there, the cashiers are friendly and I have always been able to find a manager to tell them how nice they... read more
I figured you could use a review for 2018. This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It honestly doesn’t even deserve one star...learn to run a business. Dumbasses.
The worst experience I have ever had at an office supply store! It was filthy and dirty and the customer service was awful. Skip this store and head elsewhere!!! Do not waste your time at all!
If I could give a zero I would. I was overcharged on my purchase because they rang up a $2.50 item 3 times when I only had 1 item. Took the entire order back in to get my $5.00 overcharge back and they screwed it up again saying my refund was only $4.78. I finally said refund the whole order, I'm done. I won't be back ever! Amazon from here on out.
Terrible customer service had a deadline they said no problem then said nothing I can do when they never even started the print job!!
