Staff was very rude after giving us the wrong item. She even looked it up online and still gave me the wrong ink cartridge and now I have to wait until the 19th to return because of her mistake. This isn't fair at all I'll never shop at this store again.

I needed a banner and business cards printed for a farm show. I called in at 9 am and I was told they would be able to get them done for me. I sent the info. Didn’t hear back. So I called was told that the banner would get done for sure. Business cards may be the next day. I called again a few hours later because I had not seen a proof on what things were going to look like. Was told someone would call soon. Just experienced the most awful customer service! We will take our ‘back to school’ shopping (for four kids!) elsewhere! UPSET!!
Emailed a print job to Valerie this morning and she had it exactly how I requested and ready for me to pick up within minutes of my order. She was so helpful and cheerful! It was a great way to start off a Monday morning for me. Please give her kudos for her terrific customer service!
I was not having the best day. Finally figured out how to email the files I needed printed. I was told they could not be printed door to a licensing issue. I was too tired to flip out as I really wanted to do. I was standing at the front of the store trying to figure out how I was going to get my daughter's custom invitations printed, when Chris asked if he could help me.
