I just went there because I had a notification on my phone saying that my order was ready for pickup at the store and when I got there the girl there was VERY rude to me and said that my order wasn’t there and acted like I was crazy for thinking it was. I even showed her the message I got that said it was there and ready for pick up. I will never order from here again because I do not appreciate RUDE customer service.
Tornado sirens going off and my grand daughter tried to take shelter and the staff would not let her or her friend take shelter during a time of danger, will never shop with them again. They told them their staff was taking shelter. Office Max did let them shelter.
The work once it was completed was great. But the two gentlemen behind the counter certainly enjoyed chatting with each other rather than concentrating on customer service. But I understand great, even good customer service is a thing of the past.
Found better deals online.atmosphere was more that of a cramped warehouse.wasnt much in way of customer service that seemed professional in appearance or awareness.im use to staples where I'm from and the difference is overbearing. Staples is clean ,organized,professional,smh ..this place seems like a office store in the hood...won't be returning ..was able to order 2 sets of business card at 500 apiece for a total of 50$,,office Depot was charging that for one box as well as their choices were limited to only a few,,took fo... read more
