We had a great experience working with Nancy and Stacy at Office by Design. Stacy walked through our office multiple times, not only with us but our contractors, to ensure excellent communication and foresee issues we hadn’t even thought about. I hired Stacy to help design a two-room office and unfortunately had to terminate services early in the process. I found her to be unorganized, unprepared, lacking communication, and missing deadlines. Her furniture recommendations were underwhelming, thoughtless, and not aligned with the budget we discussed.

I hired Stacy for a small two room office space and I was hopeful that she was the right person for my design needs. Unfortunately, I had to terminate services early in the process. She may be a wonderful design expert, however I found her to be disorganized, unprepared, lacking communication, and missing deadlines. Her furniture recommendations were underwhelming and seemed to be just a bunch of pictures from Wayfair that she cut and pasted to a word document last minute.
