Welcome Back to College – A West Village, 20-something beer-guzzler's staple, OTW is basically a frat-party with flat-screens, servers and a cash bar. Thursday HH is a raucous, good time. Staff is generally friendly and great with regulars. Rodney is a stellar bartender. You can find me at the downstairs pong table many Thursday nights.
Security thinks it can do whatever it wants – I'm not going to elaborate, but needless to say, this establishment would be fine if its security had some respect for its patrons.
Very crowded, very noisy, very looong lines for the bathroom and yet always a good time...however if you show up past midnight you might have to wait a while to get in. I recomend the upstairs bar. I had my 24th birthday up there and we all had an amazing time. I didn't rent it out, just got lucky. Keep in mind that the upstairs is often used for private parties. All around good time for us looking to revisit our college years.
fun and friendly – The patrons and staff are really friendly and fun. Always a good time. The wings are amazing and very spicy. Good drink specials too
Fun College Bar – Although I new many 30 somethings who love this bar, it still has a very college bar feel! If you like a more laid-back look to the city, OTW is your bar. Usually very crowded but so much fun with a group of friends.
good sunday nfl place – had all the games, good crowds, not too packed, great food/drink specials. only problem was they played music and didnt have sound of the game on
Best Time! – This place is the most fun you'll have late night or happy hour or whenever. Crawl over after a show and be served by the fastest, friendliest bartenders in town. Cheap booze and great staff!
crowded, boring, unfriendly – I went with a few friends on Saturday night, after leaving the nearby Peculiar Pub. What a mistake that was! The place was crowded, and looked awful. They have tvs all over the wall, but I would have preferred a little style instead. The floors were disgusting as well, I don't think they clean them, ever. It kind of reminded me of those creepy apartment parties I sometimes found myself at freshman year. We made our way upstairs, where there was a little room by the balcony. We had a few beers, b... read more
Extremely Crowded, Claustrophobic, Very Long Wait Time For Drinks – Decent classic rock and 80's music, but everything else pretty much stinks about this place. It's located in the heart of the Village, therefore you will run into many freaks and gay people at this place. It's also claustrophobic and very hard to get a drink on a Friday or Saturday night. Definitely not a fun place to be, considering you can hardly move upon entering this place. Drinks aren't cheap here either. Avoid village bars altogether is my advice. Sti... read more
