Tanya is one of the best therapists for Narcissistic issues out there. Her in-depth knowledge and advice helped me navigate difficult challenges with a positive mentality. I leave each session with new tools to help me and my family, while feeling confident in my ability to face what's next. I have been searching for a new therapist for sometime and Tania at Off the Couch Counselling & Consulting has been outstanding. She provides a welcoming environment which allowed for an immediate sense of trust and safety. I know it can be stressful opening up to a complete stranger about very personal and intimate issues, but Tania is very friendly and professional. She is great at helping you open up and makes you feel comfortable to discuss your issues.
