Had a horrible experience here. We worked with Zane Pastrano. He just wanted to sell us what he wanted and not what we asked for. We told him the model and all that we wanted and he gave us a completely different quote. Claimed we said the wrong number which was not true - he wasn't listening or something because we literally pointed to it and said it. As he's doing the quote he was on the computer forever so I looked at my phone. He then started staring at me and he said he'd give me my quote amount when I got off my phone ... read more

Absolutely amazing experience here! Zane was helping us from start to finish and was so genuinely excited to help us with our lift. He had great recommendations and was so helpful, explaining everything and ensuring we were getting exactly what we wanted. We'll definitely be returning when the time comes for future modifications.
This place has great customer service and they will treat you right! My sales associate Zane helped me with every step in the process. I needed some miscellaneous things done to my truck and they provided the services I needed plus some. I highly recommend choosing off-road Warehouse! Quality you can trust.
