It's close to school, so I don't need to spend much time commuting. I live in a studio apartment, and the room is just the right size for one person. The only issue was that it didn't come with a mattress when I moved in, which made things a bit inconvenient to deal with.
Edit from 12/2024 Changing my original opinion after having stayed here for more than one year. There were some frustrations upon moving in, but those were resolved quickly. Take photos inch by inch about the walls and everything right after you move in and before you move out. Tripalink is good at deducting tenants' deposits by claiming that the walls are damaged and a full-unit repaint is required. Many of my friends or friends' friends have experienced similar stories. After we move out, Tripalink claimed that we caused small scartches on the walls and charged us for more than five hundred dollars. Studio rooms are clean and nice compared to studios of similar prices. If you plan on cooking a lot, would recommend renting a room with a designated kitchen/cooking area. Have been living here for a year and have no major complaints!
After 2 years at Aubrey, I can say that it's worth it. Very close to the campus. Quiet & clean common areas. The maintenance was quick.
