Derrick Eugene was amazing help even to the point of helping get a piece of furniture on the dolly. Facility was even nice and easy to get around on the inside. Only part I had issues with was the number google provided was not a good number. Competitive price for the unit you get!
Derrick and Luis are extremely helpful - Have had a unit here for a years and just added a second temporarily. No problems and always a pleasant experience coming and going. I commend them on their community support efforts. Big hearts - honest and thoughtful.

the only problem I have with cube smart is the short hours. usually only gate hours and access during office hours. they did extend hours for me from 7am to 7pm 7 days a week...I understand why... they try to maintain order and cleanliness, because they do rent to the street people, who can be really filthy. and they have to keep an eye on things.
Great service, same day reservation after another place in south Florida did not meet my expectations. Got a great deal for one year plus two free months. Friendly and very helpful experience with Gus!
