Dropped by without an appointment and nobody was booked after their current client. They wrote me in and told me to come back in 15 minutes. I was happy to wait in the lobby, but they were weirdly insistent. I walked around and came back in 10, only to be rudely told that they thought I wasn't coming back and already started on somebody else who somehow walked in minutes after I showed up.
