Broadway Cleaners ruined my cashmere scarf, stretching it twice the original size. I took it in to show them, not really thinking they could fix it; I just wanted them to know. Maybe it could be a learning experience for them. No way, the clerk told me they had done nothing wrong and the scarf was the same size it was when I dropped it off. No checking, no apologies, and taking no responsibility. I’ll never take any laundry to them again.
