Dr.Farrell is the best in Richmond. Been seeing him for 25 years!
Dr. Feder and Melony were exceptional. They provided superior service and were very kind.

Dr. Farrell always takes his time with his patients and asks if we understand what has been said and if we have any questions. My husband, brother in-law, and myself are all patients of Dr. Farrell.
Dr. Farrell really cares about his patients and does a lot to make sure I understand what is going on inside my own body. I am interested though these days I’m going to do whatever he recommends. Dr. Farrell is so smart and I really appreciate that while he knows the best care plan, he’s willing to walk with me through how he got there with patience and kindness. I quite literally trust the man with my life; there’s not a better recommendation than that.
He was kind, respectful, and patiently answered my questions and was thorough.
Dr. Farrell led with good questions and keen listening skills. He repeated what he had learned from me and offered reasonable steps to treatment encouraging me that improvement is within reach. He repeated the plan and assured me that communication would be open to seek additional help as needed.
