Recommendedupdate 2019 Thank you o'fallon family dentistry for taking care of my dry socket! They really care about their patients! I was not an inconvenience because i had to pop in to get my gum irrigated and packed so it can stop being in pain. Thank you thank you! Love them and their employees...they know me by name...made going back to the dentist not so scary...able to do the job without feeling pain... All around they cater to what you need...I could go on....
It’s so difficult to find both an amazing dentist and staff, and O’Fallon Family Dentistry is one of the few offices who have both. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful with insurance and all dental care, and Dr. Johnson is kind, caring, and extremely competent. I recommend their office to everyone who asks!
This place has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I have been told "You can wait a few more months, just brush and you will be fine" and "Maybe you should find a new dentist" that is just what I am doing. I am tired of calling for appointments only to be talked to so disrespectfully and in the end, with NO appointment!
Dr. Johnson and his staff are absolutely amazing. Our former dentist retired and we had been searching for a new one for quite a while. We have definitely found our new dental home!!
I had my first visit here today, totally impressed! I have always hated the dentist, but not anymore! Cannot say enough good about them. My teeth have never been so clean!
I had really bad pain in my tooth and needed a good dentist since I don’t have insurance. They got me in same day and the dentist and staff were very friendly and reassuring! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a good dentist! I will keep coming back!!
I love the care that Dr. Johnson and his whole staff have always given me. I have major anxiety about going to the dentist and they have always been very supportive and kind!
Fantastic doctor and staff! They are wonderful with my kids and very patient with my daughter who has autism. Also helps the doctor is easy on your eyes as well�
