My tooth was KILLING Me.. My Appointment was 2 weeks Later.. I Call and they said they would see me tomorrow at 12:30.. ..,2hrs later they call Me and said They can see me at 11am if Possible.. MAN!! I told them hecky yeah!! They said Fantastic!! Got there at 10:45 and I was Treated like family... Everybody were so professional... From the front desk to the Rest Room ... Attempted insurance fraud! I had paid in full for an appointment when I did not have insurance. At my next appointment I added insurance to my account and the insurance paid for that appointment. O'Fallon family dental then attempted to charge the insurance company for my first appointment, even though it had been paid in full. When I spoke to the practice manager about the situation she twice tried to blame new employees and mistakes for their lack of training.
