Find a different option. I originally purchased a part on April 4, 2026. I received the part about 10 days later, but it was the incorrect part. I had a phone call with Deb and sent her photos of the incorrect part and product number. I attempted to coordinate a return and refund, but my emails kept being ignored. Not a Toyota dealer, just a middleman that takes forever to ship things.
Do no t purchase from this company!!! I ordered new floor mats for my Lexus and they sent the wrong ones. I have called and called asking for assistance in getting the correct ones. Customer service takes my messages but no one ever calls me back. I have NEVER ordered from a company this horrible.!! I don’t know how they are still in business!!!!
not sure how this company is surviving…nobody answers the phone calls. nor have i receive any replies to even one email of many!!! please stay away from this company!!! worst company to deal with ever! you will never get a refund from them when you have an online order that does not get processed properly!!!
