not sure how this company is surviving…nobody answers the phone calls - even if you call profusely. nor have i receive any replies to even one email of many!!! please stay away from this company!!!
Placed an order in September, reached out a week later, was given a shipping label/tracking number and told that the part was on backorder and would ship out in a week. Have since emailed two more times with no reply and tried calling their customer service at least 3 times to only get voicemail with again, no replies. Glad I sued a credit card and can dispute the charge with them as this company has ZERO Customer Service.
placed an order online in may of ‘25 it’s now dec ‘25. i did not receive said order. i did follow up with them and said if it is special order the could not return my money and if it was discounted they could was my understanding. i do not receive any other communication other than that. i since found out the parts are discounted. nothing but crickets from this company! i paid for parts and shipping. i received nothing other than money charged to my credit card! please stay away from this company!

Purchased coil springs for my car. But unfortunately my car was totaled. So I contacted them as (Toyota express parts). Said I needed to cancel order. They said if was a special order they could not. As of right now my order is still open. They charged my card. Still haven't gotten my refund. Never will I buy anything from them. I will be contacting my card company, and be reporting them to the better business bureau.
