placed an order online in may of ‘25 it’s now oct ‘25. i did not receive said order. i did follow up with them and said if it is special order the could not return my money and if it was discounted they could was my understanding. i do not receive any other communication other than that. i since found out the parts are discounted. nothing but crickets from this company! i paid for parts and shipping. i received nothing other than money charged to my credit card! please stay away from this company!
Purchased coil springs for my car. But unfortunately my car was totaled. So I contacted them as (Toyota express parts). Said I needed to cancel order. They said if was a special order they could not. As of right now my order is still open. They charged my card. Still haven't gotten my refund. Never will I buy anything from them. I will be contacting my card company, and be reporting them to the better business bureau.
You got 48 hours to reply back to me about my current order. If this request cannot be completed I will be resorted to bring this to my legal team.
Do not buy anything from this company. COMPLETE SCAM!!!! I ordered floor mats that were $250 and they sent them without verifying if they fit or not and good look returning or getting your money back. Thank goodness I used PayPal because I am guaranteed a refund. Bad customer service.
