Was looking for some parts was going to spend on those $3,000 got this guy on the phone from this place he was a total douchebag a hole needs to be fired I'll never do business with these people. I bought footpegs for my 1978 KTM 250. They don't fit. Boston at OEM Dirt Bike Parts would not allow me to return them. He went dark on me. This site is a scam. Don't order from them!
I recently had a positive experience with OEM Dirt Bike Parts. Although the shipping took longer than expected, I understood that finding parts for my older bike could be more challenging. The owner of the company communicated with me that they had also recently moved locations and kept me updated, which made the wait worth it. Worse customer service I have ever try to contact, they neve responded. They sent me the wrong parts and wont exchange them for the correct ones or give me my money back. I returned the brake caliper rebuild kit as explained by there website, cost me an additional $16.00, they sent the same package back to me weeks later. I needed KTM 690 parts, they sent me KTM 250 / 450 parts, I cant even use the brake pads. BAD experience DO NOT USE! this business.

Brake and work type upgrades- They have the factory parts that no one else has, billet, titanium, magnesium, carbon you name it they have the top shelf upgrades at least for my 23 fe501s. THX OEM team.

Yes, this did take a few weeks (maybe longer I don't recall) to get it all yet that is just how it goes with internationally sourced items as I deal with the same dilemma with our 911 race cup car, THX OEM team.
I ordered a $1,600 rear shock with $100 quick processing fee I waited a month when i finely get a text response it only said " yup being build by kyb" and didnt even answer any of my questions i had asked after emailing texting and voice-mail. so I called the bank to see if I could get a wire transfer refund and then I got a call from OEM dirt bike parts office saying that the bank locked their account from me contacting my bank and that I need to call the bank and tell them it was a mistake or I'm not going to get my refun... read more
