Every time we eat any food cooked or fried in animal-based our bodies feel it and love it. As opposed to seed oils that leave us inflamed and bloated.
I had my birthday brunch at OEB and it was an amazing experience. I ordered the “Gold Digga” and I’m not exaggerating when I say it might be the best breakfast I’ve ever had in my life. A perfect bed of ultra-crispy potatoes which I’m pretty sure are fried in tallow, topped with crispy roast pork, the smoothest, richest butter hollandaise, and a generous topping of truffles. We love this restaurant. We always havw amazong service and food. The coffee is great. The confit de canard is nwxt level. I swear I could drink the Hollandaise from a mug. But I wanted to point out the service of Princess. She is who we deal with just about every time we walk in the door. We visit from out of town and make a reservation when we can but often we are in town for sports and because of schedules have a hard time knowing what our day will look like.
