FINALLY a DERMATOLOGIST that LISTENS!!!!!! I LOVE Dr. Glen! – I had the most wonderful experience at Odyssey Medical Spa!!!! Dr. Marcia Glenn is amazing! She spent time asking me questions so that she could understand my main concerns. After intently and patiently listening to me, she made a diagnosis and suggested a treatment plan. WORST customer service! – Odyssey Medispa has HORRIBLE customer service. My first, and only appointment, I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time in the waiting room and another 30 in the examination room. In addition, I have called everyday for 7 days requesting a letter for my flex spending account. Every time, someone told me they would have Dr. Glenn give me a call. Still haven't heard from her...

Terrible service. Avoid this place at all costs. – Don't bother going here. They just try to sell the most expensive medications available. The doctor doesn't listen to you at all. She moves you from room to room so she can go to another room and start another procedure to make more money. She doesn't care about your concerns. Even when you know a cheaper alternative and you ask for it because you've done research, you're told that their remedies are better because $394 for topical creams is better than $20 in pillls.
