No air conditioning, old equipment but friendly staff... Dan's Awesome!
The staff are really friendly and helpful. The equipment is older plate loaded machine with some new updated equipment. So a bit of a mix between new and old equipment but well maintained and the vibe is good but no AC so in the summer it gets really hot

My dad prepaid for a year membership and passed away a week before the membership was to start. I called, they said they're refund the money, and never did. It should have went to his wife of 41 years rather than the gyms pocket. My dad was so dedicated to the gym, this was his concern on his deathbed. The lady I spoke with was very empathetic, the owner didn't give a shit. May not be a lot of money to some people, but it's the principal, and would certainly help his wife. My dad was loyal to this gym.
