I called for a trade in, I had a 20,000$ pre approval, 8000$ cash and wanted to trade in a 2012 equinox fully loaded for a 3 seat vehicle. DONALD sent me a text message talking shit after I didn't agree on a two business day approval, with all my pre approval,cash and trade in. Bad business, bashing my credit after I had bought a house after hurricane Harvey.
