I found the mediator to be unprofessional and biased, which made the process ultimately unproductive. Mediation was on 02/24/26. Halfway through the session, Ms. Terrica Odum displayed clear bias, showing visible frustration toward me rather than maintaining the neutrality her role requires. Mediations are not something you look forward to. I pray no one is required to participate in one. However, if you do, you could not do better than using Terrica Odum of Odum Law Office.
