Just wanted to drop a note commending your staff at the Cloisters. My mom has been a resident for many years and has always had such nice things to say about all the staff. The maintenance guys are always pleasant when she had questions or needs things done. And everyone was very caring when they were going through the remodel. It was very upsetting for her and everyone was quick to see to her needs. i've only been here for 3 months but i absolutely love it here. It's quiet, the surroundings and apartment are beautiful and yes, Kristy is amazing. So is the maintenance team. i had a couple really small things that were no rush, but still they were here within a couple hours and they are both very nice too. I'm so happy i was able to be offered an apartment here..Top Notch!
