It seems like ODS Management is more focused on "expanding their portfolio" than on improving the current properties. It's like they've forgotten that real people call these places home. Being low income doesn't mean that people should have to live in mediocre apartment complexes.
ODS Management is a fantastic company to work with. Their properties are very well taken care of and offer tranquil park-like settings. The on-site staff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Just wanted to drop a note commending your staff at the Cloisters. My mom has been a resident for many years and has always had such nice things to say about all the staff. The maintenance guys are always pleasant when she had questions or needs things done. And everyone was very caring when they were going through the remodel. It was very upsetting for her and everyone was quick to see to her needs. I just bring it up now because we were talking recently and she was waxing nostalgic and wanted me to let the people in charge... read more
