If you don't want to be robbed, don't visit this place. This company stole my $3,000 deposit by making nonsense of the inspection and regularly damaging the property.
This company is absolutely the worst. They unfairly charge tenants for pre-existing damages, even when presented with time-stamped photo evidence. Despite proof, they are refusing to return $3,000 in deposits. After living in a home for several years, normal wear and tear—like paint needing a refresh—is expected. Yet, they are using this as an excuse to withhold money from a responsible tenant.
