I've been going to O'Donnell's for at least 20 years and they have always been honest with me, prioritizing repairs based on safety and financial concerns. Fast, friendly service since day one. I always recommend them to friends and co-workers.
Haven't gotten the car back yet, but they've all dealt with me in a very friendly and professional fashion, made sure I knew my options, don't seem like they're trying to gouge prices or take customers for granted. As long as the repairs go as planned, I imagine I'll be returning if I have other issues with my little car
What can I say? Probably not enough! O'Donnell's is AWESOME! Up front with the problems with your vehicle, they were very informative and helpful, but most of all, friendly and kind. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to them, I will be returning if my vehicle needs repairs in the future.
