Thorough assessment of the problems at hand. Estimates for repair time and cost were quicker and cheaper than expected. O'Donnell's Auto and Truck Repair have friendly, knowledgeable with great communication regarding the repair(s). I've been there with a few vehicles that needed extensive repair work and will be returning with future auto issues.
We are traveling out of state and our car begins with an AWFUL noise. We pull off and call O’Donnell’s, just down the road on Pennsylvania Ave at 5:30 pm. They close at 6:00. They kindly tell us to come over and they will take a look. After 10 minutes Bob Lee emerges and says he has fixed it and there is no charge! He could have charged us a lot and we wouldn’t have known better. He’s a stand up guy and saved our trip. Thanks Bob and O’Donnell’s!!
These guys have helped me out numerous times. Recently, while trying to get on the road for our annual trip to Florida we left the house on a Saturday morning headed to Florida, about two miles down the highway our Motorhome stared acting up. We turned around and headed straight to O’Donnels. Even though it was Saturday, they jumped right on it, and within an hour we were back on the road. It’s a real pleasure to deal with a business that is concerned about their customers. Thanks guys, see you in the Spring!
Have been there multiple times for repairs and I always feel welcome and taken care of. They give you the best options for repairs. They’re quick to get you back out on the road. Super nice staff as well!

My family has been taking our vehicles to O'Donnells Repair West for 7 years and have been very satisfied with the quality work and outstanding customer service they provide. The staff is professional, courteous and knowledgable. They complete our repairs in a timely manner and are wonderful at explaining the process and details of the service provided. From oil changes and tires, to computer problems and brakes, we've been extremely happy with Robert, Dave and the rest of their staff!
I had a flat tire drove over an e cigarette. Had warranty on Tire from discount tire. They drove me and groceries home. Took wheel and tire to discount tire. DROPPED OFF tire for replacement. Came back later to pick up. Charged me $12. for taking off wheel and putting it back on. Charged me $88. for 2 hours labor for waiting for tire. Hope extra hour charge worth any lost future work. What do I think about this business? I think they charge too much! $90 just to read my error code?! I'll be smart, and take my money somewhere more reasonable, thanks... For nothing!
