Odom roofing came highly recommended by several people but I should’ve done a little more research. I’ve had nothing but problems after I signed the agreement. The customer service is atrocious or be better yet non existent. Good luck trying to talk to anyone at the office, not sure if anyone is even there, the phone rings and rings then cuts off. 1st- I needed a couple days heads up when they were coming, I work out of town and wanted to be there, and had this conversation with the sales guy a couple times. Danny Odom & Son Roofing Company did an awesome job putting on our metal roof and gutters. The roof was completed in one day.
This company was used because I was selling my home. The did a great job and I sold the house.
Brian and his crews are always on time and do a great job. I have used them for my business and at my home.
They put a white vinyl roof on my flat roof building after a hurricane damaged the old tar roof. Reasonable price, good work and pretty quick as well.
Once we finally got everything together, things went smoothly. Communication with customers, though, is definitely a problem with Odom & Son!
