Odom roofing came highly recommended by several people but I should’ve done a little more research. I’ve had nothing but problems after I signed the agreement. The customer service is atrocious or be better yet non existent. Good luck trying to talk to anyone at the office, not sure if anyone is even there, the phone rings and rings then cuts off. 1st- I needed a couple days heads up when they were coming, I work out of town and wanted to be there, and had this conversation with the sales guy a couple times. Mike T. provided unsatisfactory service to a military family. We spent our hard earned money to get a leak in our roof repaired after moving from Germany to Fayetteville NC. We called what we thought was Danny O. and Mike answered the phone in December 2019. Fast forward, we still have a leak in our roof and the company has been unresponsive. Please save your time, money, and energy. In addition, we are having to fork out extra money to repair what wasn't fixed.

They put a white vinyl roof on my flat roof building after a hurricane damaged the old tar roof. Reasonable price, good work and pretty quick as well.
