Odom is one of the worst company to work for since SWS split from them. They change policies regarding pay rate all the time. They make you work from home without pay. You will end up doing the sales rep job at every location. And to top it off, if you do ever want to quit they give a bad reference to future employers. Even if you were good showed up every day and gave a two week notice. I would recommend avoiding them at all cost.
