Two months into Odin taking over our building, I already can see why their reviews are so poor. It's clear from the start, this company is extremely poorly run and does not in any way prioritize their tenants. I’m very pleased with the customer service at Franklin Village Properties. Especially with the maintenance team on site. The gentleman are very professional, arrive in a timely manner and are extremely knowledgeable. Each encounter has been very pleasant. Every work order was completed within 15 mins. I highly recommend this property.
I reached out to Mr. Duncan regarding my building being without heat. Just hours later he sent out a heating crew, & the heat on back on! The heat literally did my body some good. Feeling so much better & warm! ☺️
My experiences with Jordan Gifford have been very positive. She is very responsive to any of the issues we've had and understands that our building is an artist's building.
Odin is, without question, one of the most dishonest and unprofessional property management companies I’ve ever encountered. They operate with complete disregard for tenants, the law, and basic human decency. My experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare from beginning to end.
