I would like to give a shout out to Titus Davis at the Millcreek apartments he did a wonderful job fixing my air conditioning and he was a man of his words once again thanks Titus they need more like you!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've resided at 2 of their properties ( Avondale Apts and Bentley manor apartments and both of them were in habitable. Mice,ROACHES, lights out in stairway, holes behind stoves and sinks, no security which means unsafe living quarters, etc and don't expect your security deposit back!
So here is an update April 30, 2026 because I had gotten a response stating it's hard to detect where the smell is coming from. Well if I am lying on this tenant, why is she now lighting incenses in the hallways. I wonder what smell she is trying to hide? 🤔 & It's not helping only making matters worse. BTW she's still smoking & I still cannot be in my bedroom for a long period of time. Even if I just want to chill in my bed for a bit I cannot. Property management is very rude and unprofessional at the Eldorado Apartments. Donnika Dixin refuse to go over lease terms, give the regional manager or corporate phone number to speak about living conditions and other lease details. If you google the corporate number no-one return phone calls or emails. I would not recommend leasing through this company. In response to the owner reply on this review . This was my review December 2025: I reached out to Mr. Duncan regarding my building being without heat. Just hours later he sent out a heating crew, & the heat on back on! The heat literally did my body some good. Feeling so much better & warm! ☺️ Now April 2026 living at Mt West Apartments 1414 71st Ave has been hell.
