Tha absolute worse property management I’ve ever experienced in my life ! So unprofessional and a complete mess . Here at Wister Courts when HOW was property management we had regularly scheduled professional cleaners come out and maintain the buildings . I’m a resident at Crystal Towers, and they are illegally reconstructing contracts and addendums, I have an addendum for parking area and they’re trying to let anyone and everyone park there, kind of sound like double renting My problem was finally resolved weeks later, and my addendum was restored
Gateway Apartments in Columbus should be shut down. Not even fit enough for zoo animals to live in. Negligence all around, from maintenance to property management. They said parts were on order but there's been no updates on their end to me.
