This was my review December 2025: I reached out to Mr. Duncan regarding my building being without heat. Just hours later he sent out a heating crew, & the heat on back on! 4619 Woodland used to be a wonderful place to live under HOW management--clean apartment, prompt communications and respect for tenants. All of this went away since the new management--Odin Properties--took over in 2025 November. As one of the most recent events, they double charged us for rent. We've been living here over a year and a half without missing a single month paying rent on time. And now they are threatening us to evict us without even checking what they did with double charging. I am having terrible customer service issues, I was charged twice for rent today and can’t even get a representative.
Two months into Odin taking over our building, I already can see why their reviews are so poor. It's clear from the start, this company is extremely poorly run and does not in any way prioritize their tenants. Within this short time period, we already seen many problems that were described starting with poor communication even with simple things as setting up payment or lack of timely responses via email, and a general lack of caring as seen in their lack of cleaning in the lobby (its been one cleaning for 2 months so far) o... read more
